Kova and Ross, 2009
Please read San Diego Mesa College President, Dr. Rita Cepeda's, sponsorship solicitation letter.

Please see our list of generous sponsors below.

We are investing ourselves fully in our team and this sport.  However, the sport of ice-dancing is crazy expensive!  It costs more than you can imagine for all of the requisite professional on-ice and off-ice training, ice fees, skates, costumes, travel, and competition entry fees.  For the average family, the total cost is a mountain most middle-class families just can’t climb alone.

We are looking for sponsors!  If you are an individual, or a decision-maker of a corporation who may be interested in helping us to achieve our goals, you may make a tax deductible donation to the New England Amateur Skating Foundation. The New England Amateur Skating Foundation (NEASF) is a Tax-Exempt, Non-Profit Organization under Section 501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Mission of the NEASF is to help competitive amateur skaters by defraying some of their ever increasing expenses.

Donations to the NEASF are tax-deductible and are accepted from both individuals and corporations. The full amount of your donation will be
used to defray skating related expenses such as ice time, coaching, costumes, equipment, competition entry fees, competition travel, and strength and conditioning training. One hundred percent of your donations are used to help the skater. The NEASF charges no fees and there are no deductions of any kind. All operating expenses of the Foundation are paid for by volunteers. Skaters receive money from the fund by submitting a bill to the NEASF. The bill must be signed by a parent and the head coach. The NEASF will make the payment directly to the vendor or provider of services. A receipt will be mailed to the party making the donation.

If you have any questions, please contact Herb Kaplan at the New England Amateur Skating Foundation, P.O. Box 6881, Providence, RI. 02940

NEASF: Telephone: (401) 861-9266       Fax: (401) 861-3628
